Immunisation Summary

The Immunisation Summary app is designed as an interactive screen for the management of patient immunisations. It brings all scheduled and unscheduled immunisations and their status together in one place which can be very beneficial especially for Immunisation Clinics when used in conjunction with the Appointments worklist eg flu clinics, baby clinics. The Immunisation Summary App can be accessed from either:

• Apps Controller, or
• Consultation Manager - Apps

Immunisation Summary

The following information displays for each type of immunisation:

• Name - The immunisation name
• Stage - The stage next due
• Due - The date an immunisation is due
• Given - The date the immunisation was given, or Not Given if the immunisation has not been given.

The immunisations are colour coded as follows:

• Scheduled but not due - Shown in black, the date which the immunisation is due
• Scheduled and given - Shown in green
• Schedule expired - Shown in grey
• Due - Shown in red
• Unscheduled - Immunisations (including travel immunisations) that have been given other than as part of the immunisations schedule. They show the immunisation and date given in the chronological context of all immunisations but indented to the right and shown in black
