Identifying the User/Clinician on a History Entry

• When History Add is initially displayed, the Clinician box displays the patient’s registered GP. You can also select from a list of active clinical staff.(it is also selected if this GP is inactive - in this case it appears as the only inactive clinician in the list).
• When In Practice isunticked, the Clinician box displays the patient's registered GP. You can select from a list of all active/inactive clinical and administration staff.
• When In Practice isticked, the Clinician box displays the user who is currently logged in. You can also select from all ACTIVE clinical and administration staff.
