Selecting a Hospital

If you select a hospital, and this is the first time you have used the Revive database, you will be asked for your User Name, password and account code.

This is then saved by Vision and linked to your Vision password, so that when you subsequently use Revive, you need not resupply login credentials.

However, if you get the information wrong when you first enter it, you need to be able to delete and re-enter your login credentials - otherwise they would never work!). The button gives you access to do this.
