Vision 3 Framework of Patient Record

Initial filter is the top line of the left-hand navigation pane. There are three right mouse click options:

Save selection as Initial Filter - Control-click on whichever lines you want displayed, then right click on Initial Filter, selecting Save selection as Initial Filter. These lines will be shown under the Filtered tab if you click on Initial Filter after bringing up a patient's record.

For example, to limit the history entries to priorities 1, 2 and 7, first right click on Initial Filter and select Show Items with no data. Then expand the Medical History line on the navigation pane and Control-click on Priority 1 item, Priority 2 item and Priority 7 item. Then right click on Initial Filter again, and select Save selection as Initial Filter.

Rename Initial Filter – renames Initial Filter.

If Show items withno data is unchecked, only items with data are displayed.
