Occupational Therapy Data Entry Guidelines

The Patient Record view for Occupational Therapists has two specific guidelines for data entry:

• Occupational Therapy Assessment (mnemonic: otassess)
• Occupational Therapy Interventions (mnemonic: otherapy).

On either "guideline" screen, click on the buttons to make a data entry. The blue headings in the lower part of the screen are all expandable headings if you click on them, revealing further data entry buttons.
