Physiotherapy Data Entry Guidelines

There are two specific guidelines for Physiotherapists. Both are data entry screens:

• Physiotherapy Assessment (mnemonic: physioasse) -
• Physiotherapy Interventions (mnemonic: physioinv).

On either "guideline" screen, click on the buttons to make a data entry. The blue headings in the lower part of the screen are all expandable headings if you click on them, revealing further data entry buttons.
