How to display the Patient Record

If you want to view the Patient Record screen manually, which you can do without starting a consultation, click on the View Patient Record icon , press F10 or select Consultation - View Patient Record.

From Consultation - Options – Setup, you can choose to display the Patient Record automatically, either by:

• Default when you first select a patient. To set this up, in Consultation - Options - Setup – Startup, make sure Patient Record is checked in the middle of the Start-Up screen.

• From Consultation - Options - Setup – Startup, make sure the Patient Record box at the bottom of the screen is checked.

To display the Patient Record at its maximum size make sure Show initially as large as possible is checked in Consultation - Options - Setup – Patient Record. If unchecked, you can click on the maximise button once the Patient Record displays.

If a consultation is not automatically started when you select a patient, either press , or press F7 function key, or select Consultation - Open New Consultation.
