How an Open Problem Looks on Consultation View

Having opened a problem, and if you are using the Consultation View (if set up to display), this shows the associated problem at the top (on the Topic 1 tab) and, in the absence of any other data, use this as the topic title (if this title is in parentheses, it indicates that it is an associated problem). The topic title is replaced in the normal way as data is added to the consultation.
