Source/Actions

Source/Actions can only be used on a line with a test result filed electronically from Mail Manager, when the line appears on the Tests tab of Patient Record. Source/Actions is greyed out if the result has not been filed electronically and has instead been entered manually.

Source/Actions lets you look at the result as it appeared in Mailbox.

Click on a test result line with the right mouse and select Source/Actions. You see the Laboratory Report and Request details which form part of the heading. Because the result has been "read" (ie seen by a clinician), these details are "collapsed". Double click on either of these headings to expand the details beneath them, and repeat to collapse.

If you click on the Audit Trail button, you can view which mailbox received this result, and whether it was copied or redirected to other mailboxes.
