Display Appointments List
If you are using the Appointments module to book appointments, the current appointments session for the GP that is signed on can be displayed if within the time span of the session.
To list appointments within Consultation Manager either:
- Select the Appointments tab on the patient record;
- Select Consultation - List Appointments
- Press Alt-C, A
- Click on List Appointments
If need be, you can switch between the Appointments List and data entry or display on the Patient Record using the tabs.
Appointments Tab View Options
Right click on the Appointments tab header and select View Options. This lets you rename the tab title, and to check an Initial Tab box if you want the initial display of this view to be at the Appointments tab. If you want to set up a 'hot key' for the Appointments tab, then insert an & before the hot key letter in the Tab label, which can then be used for the Control key.
