Acceptance Rejection
An acceptance rejection message, Acceptance (rej) occurs when an acceptance is rejected because the patient has been registered with the wrong TP/HB. The acceptance is rejected by one TP/HB and the patient needs to be re-accepted with the correct TP/HB.
To process an Accceptance (rej):
- From Registration Links
, select Transaction Management
.
- Select In-coming Transactions and then Process.
- Highlight the amendment required and select Process.
- Select Re-accept and enter a free text note in GP notes.
- Select OK to complete the transaction.
