Resending Send Failed Prescription Messages

If your message handling system or the Spine is down or, the message acknowledgement has timed out, electronic prescription messages have a Send Failed status in Prescription Manager:

To resend fail messages:

  1. From Mail Manager , find the corresponding message with a status of Transmission error .
  2. Right click and select Reprocess.
Note - Please ensure that any communication/messaging problems are resolved before attempting to resend messages.
