Asthma and Diabetes Management Plans

To add either a Asthma and/or Diabetes medication review, use the Medication Review button within the relevant Management Plans.

Note - If you want to record a previously actioned medication review, right click on the data line above the medication review button, select Edit, tick Review done and then select OK.
