Editing Recalls

You can edit a recall by right clicking on the Recall line, for example, from the Journal or Filtered tab, and selecting Edit.

Although the Recall Status should be predominantly maintained by Vision, you can manually change the Recall Status for an existing recall at any time. For example, you might want to manually cancel a recall that is no longer relevant or, change a recall from Complete back to Outstanding.

  1. In Consultation Manager, select a patient and open a consultation.
  2. List Recalls from the Navigation Pane.
  3. Right click on the recall whose Status you would like to change and select Edit.
  4. From the Recall Status drop down list, choose the required new status.
  5. Select OK to save.
    Remember - It is normally only valid to have one current recall for each clinical concept.
