To Remove a Patient from the Register

1. Click on the Disease Registers line on the left-hand navigation pane to list the disease registers to which the patient belongs, under the Filtered list tab; or list from the List menu.
2. Right click on the register line and select Edit. This displays the Chronic Disease Register – Update screen.
3. Enter a date in Removed From and click OK.
