Currently Relevant Problem

There is always a Currently Relevant problem on a Problem List screen if you change the top blue line from Active Problems to All Problems by clicking. You cannot edit or delete the Currently Relevant problem.

All data entries are entered into the Currently Relevant screen, just like the Journal view. To see all the data items within the Currently Relevant problem, click on the black Currently Relevant line to expand.

You can also select Summary - Currently Relevant to view the data entries in tabular form.
