Standard system-distributed options

There are a number of pre-defined views that come with the system. Each has a different display of tabbed data views, described in Initial Views and Other Vision 3 Frameworks. Some have the navigation pane as well.

If you select a view from the list in either Practice defined options, or Standard system-distributed options, you see the message:

Rename Configuration – Copy (n) of [name of initial view, eg Initial View 5]

This allows you to rename that View as "Copy of ..." or you can overtype that text with whatever title you like. Thus, the standard view is kept intact in Standard system-distributed options while the "copy" is placed in My Personalised Settings from which you can select it another time.

You can then go on to amend and adapt the copied view as you wish.
