Send Failed Prescription Messages

Messages can have a Send Failed status in Prescription Manager. This can occur if your message handling system or the Spine is down or the message acknowledgement has timed out:

These messages can be resent from Mail Manager:

  1. Locate the corresponding message (which has a status of Transmission Error ).
  2. Right click and select Reprocess.

Please ensure that any communication/messaging problems are resolved before attempting this.
