Key points about the alert prompts
- eFI score recorded, but grade not coded - This warning indicates that the patient has an eFI score (Clinical term 38QI - Frailty Index) but the clinical term required for the GMS contract is not recorded, for example:
- Clinical term 2Jd0 - Mild frailty
- Clinical term 2Jd1 - Moderate frailty
- Clinical term 2Jd2 - Severe frailty
- Estimated frailty - Estimated frailty suggests no frailty or grading is recorded but the patient may be eligible.
- eFI Severity has Worsened - This prompt displays if a patient's frailty has deteriorated since their last recorded score based on new clinical terms recorded.
