Online Prescription Request Report

A report can be run to count the number of online prescription requests within a specific time frame:

From Mail Manager select Tools.
Select Count Online Repeat Requests.

Select:

All dates for a count of all requests received to date.
From Date and To Date to search for a specific date.

Select Run.
Select Close.
