Adding New Acute Medication
To add EPS acute medication:
- From Consultation Manager, add the acute item in the usual way.
Remember - To check the selected medication is part of EPS, you can double click on the Drug Name to access the Drug Select screen, where you can check the Product Information in the bottom pane, use the down scroll arrow if required, see Not Eligible for EPS R2 for details.
- Select OK to complete Therapy - Add.
- Press <F9> or select Print
. - The Prescription Manager screen displays and selects any acute medications added today by default.
- Select Finalise or press <F9>.
- The prescription is printed and, providing the item is eligible for EPS, the EPS is message sent.
