Toolbar

The Toolbar is used to access the various functions e.g. contract codes, depression questionnaire, BP measurements, etc. By highlighting a line the relevant buttons on the toolbar become enabled or disabled depending on whether they are available for use. Most of the buttons on the toolbar are duplicates of those displayed alongside each category. This means that you can also access them by clicking on the button at the end of the row. The exception to this is the Indicator logic icon which always displays on the toolbar but not against the line.
