Why can't our locum GP print prescriptions?

If a locum GP is having trouble printing prescriptions, there may be an error message along the lines of "Transform failed: … @gmc_code….".

Check that the locum's GMC code is entered in Control Panel - File Maintenance - Edituser [locum name] - Identifiers tab. All locums and GP Registrars should have their own personal GMC code and prescriber number.
