Recall Audit Trail

The Recall of Status is traceable in the Consultation Manager Audit Trail. This allows you to look at the past editions of a recall entry.

  1. In Consultation Manager, Select a patient and open a consultation.
  2. List Recalls from the Navigation Pane.
  3. Right click on the recall whose Status you would like to change and select Audit Trail.
  4. Click on the next and previous buttons to scroll through the editions to the selected recall entry. The date, time and login name displays.
