Recall Audit Trail
The Recall of Status is traceable in the Consultation Manager Audit Trail. This allows you to look at the past editions of a recall entry.
- In Consultation Manager, Select a patient and open a consultation.
- List Recalls from the Navigation Pane.
- Right click on the recall whose Status you would like to change and select Audit Trail.
- Click on the next and previous buttons to scroll through the editions to the selected recall entry. The date, time and login name displays.
