Documents Not Transferred or Invalid Attachments
Documents held elsewhere outside of the Vision patient record are not transferred.
If a message is too big (you are limited to no more than 99 attachments which cannot be larger than 5mb each), the practice sending the records show Transmission Errors and the message does not reach the new practice.
Invalid attachments and some file formats of attachment are not permitted in GP2GP, 'placeholders' are displayed in Consultation Manager. Attachments with non-permitted formats are listed, you can select to display them, but when you select View, a text message stating the reason the attachment is not present displays. You can either contact the previous practice, when you select View the original filename displays, or wait until the Lloyd-George MRE arrives and then decide whether to scan in the file in question.
