GP2GP Repeat Medication

You can view repeat medication, prescribed by a previous practice and active at the time of transfer, in several places in the patient record:

• Journal
• Problems:
  • Under the Active Medication - Repeats header. These are items with the number of issues less than maximum permitted and those with either a future or blank Repeat Until Date.
  • Under the Previously Active Medication imported via GP2GP header with the number of issues more than or equal to the maximum permitted issues, regardless of the Repeat Until Date and those repeats with the Repeat Until Date in the past regardless of number of issues.
• Therapy - Repeats - Imported prescription items are preceded by Prescribed out of Practice .
