List Problems

A Problems List screen can be displayed by:

  • from the Summary - Medical Records Overview screen, clicking the right mouse button on Problems, then clicking on List. If you have the Patient Record displayed with a Problems tab, this switches to that. If no Problems tab, then the problems are listed with a date created, description and the Clinician who created it.
  • or select List - Problems.

The consultation date is shown by each entry. You can point to each item and click with the right mouse button to use the options usually available: Add, Edit, Delete, Audit Trail, etc.
