Other Filtered Tabs
When you select tabs under Data View Options - Organise Tabs, or when setting up a new View, you have a choice of the following sorts of Filtered tabs: Filter Data Grid and Summary, Filtered Journal List, Filtered Journal List with priority Column, Filter summary and Data Grid, Filtered Summary List.
Note - You can only have ONE filterable tab per view. If there is more than one, the framework ignores the second. If you do have two types of Filtered tabs showing, the tab which has Filterable checked in Data View Options is the one which will be "operational".
- Filtered Data Grid and Summary – Tab title Grid/Summary. Default Display data from one category – MRO. The icons let you swap between a grid format display or a list display.
- Filtered Journal List – Tab title Filtered List. Similar to the usual Filtered tab, depending on what is selected on the navigation pane with a left click.
- Filtered Journal List with Priority column – Tab title Filtered List. As the usual Filtered tab, but with a Priority column for history entries.
- Filtered Summary and Data Grid – Tab title Summary/Grid. This shows the data in categories in a typical Summary list way. Has the icons to swap to a grid format view, so this tab is needed to filter data from the navigation pane via the right mouse menu for Summary or Data Grid.
- Filtered Summary List – Tab title Summary. Default Display data from one category – MRO. Shows the data in categories in a typical Summary list way.
