Display and Sort Appointments other than current Session

Today AM and Today PM – These buttons can be used to display this morning's or this afternoon's appointments. The display will default to Today PM if it is currently the afternoon, or Today AM if it is the morning. All will display all appointments for the day regardless of the am/pm session break.

Other – Use the Other button to look at appointments other than today, and those for other appointment book owners.

Choose the date. If you click on the arrow by the date, a calendar displays. The red circle shows today's date and the blue the date you have chosen. Left and right arrows let you find the month.

Select am, pm or all.

Choose the GP or book owner – one option is All doctors to see all appointments for the selected date and session.

Note - If you select All Doctors from the options on Other, you can then sort the appointments by time, doctor, patient name, dob, or status, by clicking once on the column heading. Sorting by time is particularly useful to see which patients other than your own are current.
