Accessing the FGM Template

The FGM Template is designed to simplify enhanced dataset recording. It enables you to correctly record the FGM clinical term along with the patient's decision on whether to have their data extracted. Quick links to relevant HSCIC websites and guidance documents are available from here.

There are three ways to access the FGM Template:

• Clinical Templates - Access the FGM Template from Clinical Templates in Consultation Manager.

• Alert Pop-up Window - Use the Alert Pop-up window to invoke the FGM Template.
