Care Pathway

Care Pathways are built into the Anticoagulation Template. Select Workflow from the Toolbar to launch the flow chart. Care Pathways provide extra guidance on how to manage the patient's care. The Pathway option is available from all screens apart from History and Other Assessments.

To view further guidance on a specific area of the pathway, click on any of the information boxes on the flow chart and a panel displays on the right hand side of the screen displaying additional guidance.

Some Integrated Care Boards (ICB) or Health Boards (HB) have requested their local Care Pathways be incorporated into the Anticoagulation screen, so you may see local guidelines displayed with details of their source. The pathways are managed centrally ensuring that everyone in your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) or Health Board (HB) is using the latest guidance.

Print or Save

To print the Care Pathway select either Print Preview or Print . To save the Pathway as a PDF file, select Save .
