Accessing a Patient Record

To access a Patient Care record within the Reports screen:

1. Select any below report types:
   • Active Patient List
   • Patient Staff List
   • Patient by Intervention
2. Locate the patient whose Patient Care record you wish to access.
3. Select Options and Patient Care.

4. The Patient Care record displays.
