Timeline Tab

The Timeline screen contains all full historical record of all:

• Care received by the patient from the Community team
• Actions preformed by the Community team on the patient's record

From the Timeline screen, you can:

• Attach files to the patient's record. See Attaching a File.
• Apply filters to easily view data. See Applying Filters.
• Easily view specific elements of the patient care record. See Viewing Additional Details
