Deleting a Recorded Contact

To delete a recorded contact from the Patient Care screen:

  1. Select the patient required in the usual way.
  2. Select Interventions and then highlight the intervention required from the left-hand pane.
  3. Expand Appointments.
  4. From the contact required, select Options - Delete:

  5. The Delete this contact? screen displays, enter a reason for this deletion and select Confirm .

For audit purposes, the update displays under the Location of contact:
