No Legitimate Relationship

Within Community, you must have a legitimate relationship with a patient before you can access their record.

When you select a patient, if they are not already an active patient within Community, the No legitimate relationship screen displays:

  • To continue with the patient selected, select from the Select a reason list and then select OK.

  • If you have no legitimate relationship, select Cancel.
